Three Levels of Green at KDMS Skywalk

Most residential projects have one green space. A garden near the entrance, maybe a small park. You see it when you arrive, and that's roughly where it ends.

KDMS Skywalk is built differently. Greenery here exists at three separate levels, each with its own character and its own purpose. Ground floor, podium, and sky. The result is that a resident doesn't have to go looking for nature. It's simply part of wherever they are in the building.

At ground level, two gardens anchor the community. The front garden is where daily life happens outdoors - a children's play area, an open gym, a stroll path, and shaded seating for parents and the elderly. Two temples, one Vaishnav and one Jain, sit within this green space, giving the ground floor a quiet purpose alongside its activity. The back garden connects to the Box Cricket court and Court Arena, so sport and open space exist together rather than separately.

At podium level, between the two towers, the Podium Garden offers a different quality of outdoor space. Japanese Gazebo, sculptures, and maintained shrubs. It's quieter than the ground floor, suited for evenings and unhurried time, visible from homes in both Nova and Vega.

At the top, both tower terraces carry this further. Nova's terrace has a dedicated Meditation Deck, a space for yoga and stillness with open sky and landscaped surroundings. Vega's terrace offers a deck and seating area, green on all sides, designed for the kind of time that doesn't need a reason.

Three levels. Three distinct outdoor experiences. None of them an afterthought.

For residents at KDMS Skywalk, greenery isn't a feature of the building. It's part of the building itself.
